Ashley has a good reputation and a successful track record of receiving and sending animals to Europe Canada and the United States. She is working with well-known reptile’s brokers and suppliers all over the world.
The procedure of placing order is as follows:
- You contact BION for the available stock-list and send your requests concerning any species, quantity and photos direct to bionterrariumcenter@gmail.com
BION Terrarium Center is providing the available stock of animals, their actual photos and reservations. Please note that we are responsible for shipping from Kiev, Ukraine to Toronto, Canada only.
We guarantee that all animals will be shipped in good condition, professional packaging after being inspected by state veterinarian before departure.
In case of any problems upon the arrival of our animals to Canada, we will receive a written notification, confirmed by the relevant documents within 24 hours from the date of dispatch. In this case, we are responsible to the customers.
Payments and deposits are non-refundable except the inability to fulfill orders from BION part.
Additional delivery charges to be paid direct to Ashley Dezan:
1 head - $100
2 heads $180 ($90 each)
3 heads - $225 ($75 each)
4-8 heads - $60 each
9+ heads - $50 each
Domestic shipping in Canada is extra.
Pick up 1.5 hours east of Toronto is possible, or expo if close to date.
We are not responsible for:
-- shipping from Ashley Dezan to your delivery address via courier service;
-- conditions of keeping your animals in Ashley Dezan facilities;
-- other situations outside our responsibility.
All CITES animals are covered by legal Ukrainian CITES permits .
