You can pick up your order directly from DDI (requires no additional costs) or arrange a courier delivery service to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic (Prague and Brno), Poland (Warsaw and Krakow) – pls ask for prices.
The nearest opportunity to get our animals at Reptile’s Expo – is to Hamm (Germany) on March, 2026.
Payments and deposits are non-refundable except the inability to fulfill orders from BION side. Please note that we are taking the responsibility for shipping from BION, Ukraine to DDI, The Netherlands only!
We guarantee that all animals will be shipped in good condition, with professional packaging after being inspected by official veterinarian before departure.
In сase of any problems upon the arrival of our animals in The Netherlands, we will need from you a written notification, confirmed by quality digital pictures within 48 hours from the date of dispatch.
