All shipping costs (CITES permit, transportation box, airfreight charges) from Kyiv, Ukraine to Amsterdam, Netherlands are already included in animal’s prices .
You can pick up your order directly from DDI (requires no additional costs) or arrange a courier delivery service from you side.
Payments and deposits are non-refundable except the inability to fulfill orders from BION part. Please note that we are taking the responsibility for shipping from BION, Ukraine to DDI, The Netherlands only!
We guarantee that all animals will be shipped in good condition, professional packaging after being inspected by a professional veterinarian before departure.
In сase of any problems upon the arrival of our animals in The Netherlands, we will receive a written notification, confirmed by the relevant documents within 24 hours from the date of dispatch. In this case, we are responsible to the customers.
We are not responsible for:
-- shipping from DDI to your delivery address via courier service;
-- conditions of keeping your animals at DDI facilities;
-- other situations outside our responsibility
You assume all risks associated with transport within the EU. That is why our prices for animals include only shipping to The Netherlands.
All CITES animals are covered by import CITES permits approved by CITES Authority of the Netherlands. All customers will receive CITES B/non-CITES statements.
