I just wanted to thank you for the safe arrival of the O cataphractus.   All 10 are well and good.   Your representative Kevin went far and beyond to have them all delivered the same day as pickup.   He told me he has issues with customs, spent the whole day trying to get hold of the supervisor and finally reached him after searching his private number through Google.   Eitherwise it would be stuck until Monday July 1st.  I live 90 mins away from where he is and he made the effort to drop it off to me after pickup.   Always kept in touch with me and apologized that it took the whole day which I knew it wasn’t his fault.   Very grateful to have a caring representative working with bion.  Truly blessed that you have him on your team.   Looking forward to do more future business with bion and let me know if you have more
