Hermann's tortoise (Testudo hermanni)
On July 20th we got a big shipment of farmed raised Hermann’s tortoises 8-12 cm/4-5’’ (Testudo hermanni hermanni) from Makedonia. All tortoises are strong and healthy and shall be kept outdoors till October.
Unlike Central Asian tortoise (Agrionemys horsfieldii), Hermann's tortoises (Testudo hermanni) do not suffer from herpes virus and pneumonia.
